St. Paul's Nursing Home is looking for a Maintenance Person to work 4 days/week in our nursing home in Limerick City.
The successful candidate will be expected to work individually and as part of a team to carry out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks.
Tasks will include routine painting, undertake light installation and carpentry work, repair equipment, undertake duties as assigned, identify and report the need for any major maintenance works or repairs.
Qualifications/Skills:
Possess general skills for maintenance and repairs. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Good communication skills, ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
Working hours: 4-5 days/week
Salary will be discussed at interview.
