About the Role
This is more than a treatment room job.
You'll assess and treat clients, prescribe rehabilitation programmes, coach Pilates and Strength & Conditioning classes, educate clients and become part of our unique Enhanced Motion Pathway.
Whether you're newly qualified with the right attitude or an experienced therapist looking for a fresh challenge, we'll support your development through structured mentoring, weekly clinical training and continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat musculoskeletal injuries and movement dysfunction.
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes.
- Teach Pilates and/or Strength & Conditioning classes.
- Educate clients on injury prevention and long-term health.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in weekly mentoring and clinical development.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.

Essential Requirements
- Qualification in Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy, Sports Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
- Passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life.
Desirable Qualifications
- Pilates Instructor qualification.
- Strength & Conditioning qualification.
- Dry Needling certification.
- Manual Therapy experience.
- Exercise prescription experience.
- Experience working with older adults or sporting populations.
