NxtGen Facades Ltd is seeking a proactive and organised Factory Logistics Lead to manage all factory logistics, dispatch, yard operations, and Health & Safety coordination. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring finished goods are picked, packed, documented and delivered safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining efficient warehouse, inventory, and transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily logistics, picking, packing, dispatch, and yard operations.
- Manage goods-in, inventory accuracy, stock audits, and ERP transactions.
- Prepare dispatch documentation, including packing lists, labels, barcodes, and load manifests.
- Coordinate vehicle loading, transport scheduling (within Ireland and UK), and internal material movements.
- Maintain organised storage areas and manage logistics and packaging consumables.
- Coordinate Health & Safety activities, including safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational KPI performance.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing logistics, warehouse, or factory dispatch operations.
- Irish Driving license (Category B)
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
- Forklift/material handling experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Salary: Based on experience.
