We are seeking a talented Breakfast Chef to join a renowned luxury country house hotel on Ireland’s breathtaking west coast. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys delivering exceptional breakfasts using outstanding local produce in a calm, quality-driven kitchen environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar role within a quality hotel or restaurant
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and beautifully presented dishes
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards during busy breakfast service
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detailWhat’s on offer:
