Part-Time Property & Operations Assistant - Limerick
Location: Limerick City & County
Hours: 10–15 hours per week (flexible, possibly some evenings and weekends as needed)
About the Business - Housing For Contractors Ireland provides high-quality, all-bills-included accommodation for construction teams and contractors across Ireland. We pride ourselves on reliability, flexibility, and excellent service to the construction industry.
The Role - We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and customer-focused person based in Limerick to be our local on-the-ground support. You will be our first point of contact for clients and ensure our properties are well maintained by managing cleaning/maintenance teams and ensuring standards are met, and that contractors have a smooth arrival and stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating cleaners and basic maintenance between bookings
Inspecting properties and reporting any issues
Occasionally meeting arriving contractor teams and ensuring smooth check-ins
Taking photos and updating property availability
Providing local support for sales and customer service when required
Working closely with our remote Property Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management, facilities, hospitality, cleaning coordination, or customer service is a strong advantage
Trustworthy, organised and comfortable working independently
Good communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
Basic smartphone skills (photos, messaging, simple reporting)
Clean driving licence preferred
Pay: €14.50-€17.00 per hour
