Restaurant Supervisor - €15.50-€16.50 Hourly rate depending on experience
Based in Dublin City Centre.

We’re currently looking for a highly organised, career driven Restaurant Supervisor to play a major part in our team. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
● Create and uphold our standards of excellence in hospitality and ensure that our product is served and received the same way, every single time.
● Manages different points of contact and platforms with customers ensuring excellent customer experience.
● Keep safe controls of all cash and banking processes in the restaurant.
● Take ownership in driving sales in house and maximising customer spend through service.
● Reporting: Daily sales report, daily forecast as well as complaints and reviews control.
Stock and Procurement
● Food and beverage procurement to ensure stock for the whole restaurant according to weekly estimation of sales.
● Control of waste performance to achieve optimal GP.
● Manage deliveries and invoices approval ensuring all credit notes and returns are accounted for.
Operation (Equipment & safety)
● Lead and perform opening and closing procedures.
● Take the necessary steps to ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in order to provide the team with the tools they need to serve our guests to the highest standards.
● Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the whole restaurant including front/back of house and outside the premises.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Requirements for the Restaurant Supervisor position:
● 1-2 years previous experience in a similar senior role.
● Passionate about hospitality.
● The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment .
● Be an ambitious leader with excellent communication skills.
● Have the natural ability to train junior team members with the correct skills to deliver a first in class experience.
● Work well with others within a team.
● Full working rights within Ireland.
● Flexible availability: Open 7 days per week
