Quality & Compliance Manager | Healthcare | Dublin
I'm partnering with a hospital to appoint a Quality & Compliance Manager into a newly strengthened Quality, Risk & Compliance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality, Governance or Compliance professional who enjoys working in regulated environments and wants to play a key role in driving quality standards, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across a complex healthcare setting.

The organisation is on a significant quality improvement journey and is investing heavily in strengthening its governance, compliance and quality frameworks.
Reporting to an experienced Head of Quality, Risk & Compliance, you'll join a growing team and play a central role in helping the organisation prepare for regulatory inspections, drive quality improvements, analyse compliance data and influence standards across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders, helping to embed a culture of quality while ensuring regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate quality and compliance activities across the organisation
- Support ongoing readiness for regulatory inspections and audits
- Monitor compliance performance, quality metrics and organisational KPIs
- Track and report on quality improvement initiatives and action plans
- Coordinate regulatory correspondence and compliance activities
- Analyse trends, statistics and organisational data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the ongoing development of governance frameworks, policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across clinical and operational teams
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
About You

Experience within healthcare, disability services, mental health services, social care or other highly regulated environments would be highly advantageous.
Requirements:
- Qualification in quality management
- Minimum of 5-7 years in Quality and Regulatory Compliance management and administration
- Experience managing quality and compliance programmes
- Strong audit and regulatory experience
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience developing and maintaining quality frameworks and governance processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI experience would be a distinct advantage
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and improve existing processes
