Chef de Partie – Corporate Tech Client (Monday to Friday)

Our client, a prestigious global tech company, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their executive dining team in Dublin City Centre. This is a Monday to Friday role offering excellent work-life balance with no evening or weekend shifts.
Working Hours:
The role operates on a shift basis, with working hours typically between 7:00 am – 3:30 pm and 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm Flexibility to work either shift is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality meals for staff and corporate clients in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
- Support menu planning, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
- Represent the culinary team professionally in a client-facing setting
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders in a corporate setting
- Fully HACCP trained with up-to-date food safety certifications
