Fitzpatrick’s has been newly refurbished and is now under new ownership. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our bar team.
Senior Bartender — Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bartender who can provide excellent customer service and help maintain high standards throughout the bar.
The role includes:
- Serving drinks efficiently and professionally
- Preparing cocktails, spirits, beers and wines
- Cash and till management
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting junior team members
- Ensuring responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing requirements
Previous bar experience is essential.
This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week, with additional overtime available. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Junior Bar Staff — Part-Time
We are also looking for friendly and motivated part-time junior bar staff.
Duties will include:
- Serving customers and collecting glasses
- Restocking fridges and bar supplies
- Keeping the bar and customer areas clean
- Assisting senior bar staff during busy periods
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
Some hospitality experience would be helpful, but full training will be provided to the right candidates. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends.
