We are seeking a reliable Retail Stock & Sales Assistant to help us maintain our high standards of service, order preparation, and store presentation. If you enjoy a mix of customer interaction and active, hands-on work, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic hybrid role split between customer service and back-of-house stock management. Your daily tasks will include:
Stock & Floor Management: Unloading deliveries, organizing the stockroom, and keeping our shelves fully stocked. (Note: This involves regular heavy lifting and physical activity).
Front-of-House: Providing a warm welcome to customers, answering queries, and handling cash/card transactions at the till.
Deli & Beverage Prep: Crafting our popular bubble tea drinks and preparing fresh, made-to-order deli items.
Store Upkeep: Performing daily cleaning routines to ensure a spotless, food-safe, and inviting shopping environment.
Schedule & Availability Requirements
Weekday Start: Must be fully available to start shifts from 10:00 AM on weekdays.
Flexibility: While the 10:00 AM start is essential, candidates with full open availability across the week will be highly prioritized.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: No previous experience? No problem! We provide full training. However, prior retail, stock handling, or food service experience is a definite plus.
Physical Fitness: Comfortable with heavy lifting, unloading stock, and staying active on your feet throughout a shift.
Key Traits: A multitasking pro with a strong work ethic, great time-keeping, and a friendly attitude.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Chinese is not required, but is considered a significant advantage for communicating with our diverse customer base and suppliers.
