Boyle For Men is a men's fashion retailer with 3 stores in the Cavan/Monaghan area, a family business that's has been trading for over 50 years.
We require Sales Assistant for our Monaghan Town store. This position is Full-Time only.
You will be responsible for;
- Driving Customer Service through team engagement and excellent product knowledge
- Maximising your store’s sales potential and driving the KPIs.
- Delivering company standards to the highest level
- Visual merchandising
- Being a Brand Ambassador!
The ideal candidate should have the following requirements:
- Proven Retail Sales experience.
- Excellent people skills.
- A passion for selling and customer engagement.
- Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising.
- Clothing experience - desirable but not essential
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
- Have an outgoing & friendly manner.
- Work on own initiative.
- Smart/Neat presentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €29,432-€35,000 per year pro rata.
