Job Summary
The Phone Operator will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information regarding company products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and basic troubleshooting.
- Accurately record customer information and update company systems.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow company procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or phone operator role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and customer management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: €29,537.34-€40,330.44 per year
