Dunkeel Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator / Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will provide direct support to the Construction Project Manager in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administration
- Support in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Assist in site meetings and preparation of reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction project support or coordination is an advantage
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – project software experience is a plus
- Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field (desirable but not essential)

The successful applicant will initially be assigned to Portarlington for a period of approximately 2–3 months. Thereafter, the role will transition to a full time position in Carrickmacross.
Salary:€45,000 based on experience
