Overview:
Tactical Field Manager
Territory: Dublin & surrounding areas
Contact: 12 months fixed term contract with the potential to lead to longer term opportunities
Salary: €18,000 per annum (€36K per annum FTE) plus a €8.50 daily lunch allowance for days in trade, mileage reimbursement at 34c per kilometre using your own vehicle
Working Pattern: 2.5 days throughout the week

What will you be doing?
As Tactical Field Manager, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of Activators across your region. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure activities are delivered to the highest standard while supporting business growth and operational success.
Your responsibilities will include:

Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new Activators

Managing and maintaining colleague profiles and performance records

Delivering engaging training sessions both one-to-one and in groups

Coaching and developing field teams through accompanied visits and performance feedback

Monitoring field performance through reporting systems and taking action where required

Conducting audits and ensuring completion of all assigned activities

Supporting reporting, payroll administration, and operational processes

Acting as the main point of contact for Activators and new recruits

Attending client meetings, training events, and management meetings as required

Supporting the wider management team with operational and project-based activities

Driving engagement, motivation, and performance across the field team

Previous experience in field management, retail, FMCG, sales, or operational environments
