Integral Communications are looking for a proactive and driven Event Coordinator to join our team in supporting fundraising efforts for charitable organisations. You will join a highly-motivated team and have weekly achievable bonuses - all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting locations to arrange booking dates for our sales representatives
- Coordinating schedules and maintaining accurate records of appointments and bookings
- Using Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads and track progress
- Assisting with recruitment-related tasks and general administrative duties as needed
- Supporting the team in meeting targets by securing high-quality fundraising locations
Duties Include:
- Achievement of KPIs and Booking Targets
- Actively participate in training initiatives
- Build rapport with clients
- Update databases and CRM system
- General admin work

About You:

- Tech-savvy, with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning, telecommunications, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Creative problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience
