Due to our continued growth in the property industry, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced self-motivated painter, to join our busy team. The successful candidate must have a proven and demonstrated track record in painting. Experience in the property maintenance industry is highly desirable. Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry.
- Prepping area for paint - patching holes/making good
- Minor plastering repairs advantageous
- Good understanding and knowledge of basic Health & Safety.
- Own transport and full driving licence essential (fuel allowance provided)

Salary:
- €33,873 per annum plus tax free Subsistence allowance
Hours of work:
39 hours per week. Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4pm. Friday 7.30am to 3pm (early finish!)
