This is a part time role (Approx 20 hours a week). The ideal candidate will have previous experience, be reliable, flexible, work well under pressure and have HACCP knowledge. The candidate will prep and serve breakfasts for guests of our 36 bedroom hotel as well as restaurant walk-ins when required, and will assist as required in the preparation of lunches.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Breakfast Cook/Chef.
Knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation.
Good Organisational skills
Work well individually & as part of a team.
Flexible working hours and an attractive rate of pay are available to the right candidate.
