Donohoe Skoda are recruiting an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers both over the phone and in person.

Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues promptly.

Maintaining accurate stock control, including receiving, checking and processing parts deliveries.

Managing parts orders, backorders, and returns efficiently.

Preparing and issuing parts to workshop technicians and retail customers.

Ensuring the warehouse is organised, clean and compliant with H&S standards.

Completing general administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a warehouse role (motor industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems needed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Good IT and organisational skills.

The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

A proactive, team oriented approach.
