The 4* Granville Hotel situated in Waterford city center is looking for a Part-time kitchen assistant available day and evening shifts on a Fixed-term basis (5 Months).
Main duties:
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organized.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized.
