Responsibilities of a Healthcare Assistant:

Requirements of a Healthcare Assistant:
-
QQI Level 5 (Minimum of 3 core modules - Care Skills, Care of the Older Person, Care Support)
-
Minimum 6 weeks experience in a clinical Irish healthcare setting

Knowledge of HIQA Standards.

Up to date HSELAND Certificates
-
Practical Trainings: CPR & Patient Movement and Handling
Rates of pay as a Healthcare Assistant:
€14.50 - €20.00 per hour Day rate.
Enhanced Night rates & Sunday rates available.
