Sparkle Beauty Salon is a busy nail and beauty salon in Fairview, Dublin 3. Established over 21 years with a loyal clientele. We are expanding our team and would like to find an experienced beauty therapist to add to our team. Experience is absolutely essential for this role.
We value work life balance, we close at 2pm each Saturday and reopen on Tuesday mornings so each employee has 2.5 days off in a row.
The hours available for this position are as follows
Wednesday 9.30am - 6pm
Thursday 10am - 8pm
Friday 10am - 8pm
Saturday 9am - 2pm
Our ideal candidate would have at least 2+ years experience in a beauty salon providing great customer service and should be able to perform Advanced Waxing, Eyebrow Definition, Facials, Massage, Pedicures, Shellac Manicures & Biab treatments in a precise and efficient manner. Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Our Ideal candidate is someone who:
- Provides excellent customer service to ensure the client feels comfortable and valued throughout their entire visit.
- Can use their own initiative.
- Can provide a range of nail care and beauty services in a timely manner whilst maintaining high standards.
- Can maintain their workstation and is organised to ensure the salon is kept clean at all times including between clients.
- Is willing to learn and stay up to date with the latest industry techniques to enhance service offerings and personal growth.
- Can help their colleagues to expand and develop their skills and offer a helping hand when required.
- Has a high level of spoken English.
- Is available to work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday evenings and a half day each Saturday.
