Express Skip Hire (part of Dunard Recycling Ltd) is hiring waste sorters / yard operatives to join our recycling team at our base outside Ardee.
The job is sorting the construction and demolition waste that comes in from our skips — separating it by hand into timber, green waste, general rubbish and other materials.
It's hands-on, physical work in the yard, and it's the heart of what we do.
The pay is excellent for the right candidates,— we pay strongly for experience and reliability, and we look after the people who turn up and do it right.

What we're looking for:
- A strong work ethic
- Good spoken English, for safety and working with the team
- Previous experience in waste sorting or recycling is a real advantage
