We are well established General Building Contractors with large Building Maintenance business, servicing a large number of valuable clients across all business sectors.
We offer a reactive call out service - across all trades – delivered our own mobile staff of carpenters, roofers, and general builders; and by our large tried and tested bank of top quality sub contractors.
The Role
Working closely with our Scheduler, this person is responsible for the administration, follow up, and closing off to billing stage, of small works and maintenance jobs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a Maintenance Management or Facilities Management business.
The Person
Responsible for seeing a job through from start to completion – from logging, passing out and informing client of updates/schedule dates.
You must have demonstrated experience in call handling – and working and managing a shared in box.
You’ll need proven organisation and problem solving skills.
You can work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
You will assist in submitting monthly/weekly progress reports.
You will ensure relevant documentation is sent to clients and relevant paperwork is sent to accounts for the job to be closed and invoiced.
