We are a well-established Montessori and Afterschool in Dublin 6, Ireland.
We cater for children from 2 years six months to ten years offering a happy and nurturing environment with a highly qualified and exceptional team of Early Years Educators. "When I play, I learn"
Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Ensuring the individual needs of the children are identified and met.
- To communicate effectively with children, parents and staff, ensuring a positive relationship.
- Meet established policies and procedures, creating an environment of best practice.
- To observe and record observations.
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum Fetac Level 5 or higher desirable but not necessary
- Excellent spoken/written English
- Knowledge of Early Years (Pre-School Services) Regulations 2016, Siolta (Quality Framework) and Aistear (Curriculum Framework)
- Genuine interest in supporting children and families and a passion for facilitating their holistic development
The successful candidate must have/be willing to undergo:
- First Aid
- Garda Vetting
- Manual Handling
- Children First training
- Food hygiene
- A willingness to attend meetings and undergo compulsory and enhanced training
- Experience is desirable, but not essential
Benefits:
Very attractive paid holiday package (one week at Halloween, two weeks at Christmas, one week mid-term and one week at Easter off). Belgrave Montessori School is closed during July and August.
Must be living and eligible to work in Ireland
Skills:
