We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Lead to join our growing team, working on a 3&1 rotation on major Data Centre projects across Europe. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will take oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across MV/LV cable installation works. You will be responsible for managing inspections, coordinating quality processes, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring all installations are completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:-
Lead QA/QC activities for MV and LV cable installation, glanding and termination works

Conduct inspections of completed works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards

Maintain and manage inspection records using MTM's bespoke QA application and BIM platforms

Liaise with clients and electrical contractors to ensure QA documentation is submitted in line with project requirements and handover milestones

Identify, track and close out quality issues that may impact project progress

Work closely with QA and Construction teams to implement corrective and preventative actions arising from inspections and snag lists

Promote best practices, first-of-kind installations and quality standards across site teams

Assist with weekly and monthly QA audits, toolbox talks and quality-focused initiatives

Manage QA-related communications and provide regular updates to project stakeholders

Ensure all QA activities are tracked through to completion to support project deadlines and successful handover
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a QA/QC role within the electrical construction industry

Strong knowledge of MV and LV cable installation, glanding and termination practices

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation

Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and record-keeping skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload and meet project deadlines

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, guide and influence site teams

Prior experience working on Data Centre projects is an advantage

Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum C2 level)
