Ormonde Veterinary is seeking a Reception/Office Administrator to join our expanding veterinary practices three days per week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday. This interesting and varied role will involve reception duties, general office administration and some account responsibilities. Candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service skills, ensure order deadlines are met, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient coordination between various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
· Reception duties greet and assist customers in person, over the phone and in person, providing information about veterinary services, pricing, and retail products.
· Booking in appointments efficiently.
· Collaborate with the team to understand customer requirements and provide accurate pricing and accounts management.
· Manage and organise customer files, order records, and other relevant documentation.
· Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
· Ensuring orders are completed against agreed deadlines.
· Providing administrative support to management.
Skills/Experience Required:
· A minimum of two years’ experience working in a busy front office environment.
· Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks.
· Willing to learn new systems and processes.
· The ability to coordinate several projects to a successful completion with little or no supervision.
· Excellent communication skills.
