Counter Manager – MORSO
We’re looking for an experienced Counter Manager to join the team at MORSO.
MORSO is a sandwich shop on Drury Street built around fresh bread, premium ingredients and good hospitality. We’re looking for someone who enjoys looking after people, loves fast-paced service and can lead from the front.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be working on the counter making sandwiches, looking after service and helping run the day-to-day operation. We want someone who can keep standards high, stay calm under pressure and bring good energy to the team.
The role includes:
- Working the counter and making sandwiches• Leading service and troubleshooting during busy periods• Looking after the team day to day• Training and mentoring staff• Helping with stock management and ordering• Maintaining high standards across service and customer experience
We’re looking for someone organised, people-focused and comfortable managing a young team of passionate workers.
