Job: Software Engineer Manager

Rate: 500 per day / 100k+
Work Arrangement: 2-3 day a week in the office
We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer Lead / manager to guide a team from 5-10 people to build innovatively and continuously improve our customer's ways of working.
We are looking for people with the below experience:

Experience leading a high performing, large team of engineers

Excellent cross functional stakeholder management skills

Come from a software engineering background with knowledge and experience in Java and other java related technologies

Strong experience in AWS Cloud environment

Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
In the role you can expect to be responsible for:

Leading of a multi-disciplinary software development team

Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team

Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals

Liaising with team members, management and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard

Hiring, building and growing strong teams

Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments

Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required

Motivating staff and creating a space where they can excel

Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures and successes
