We’re Hiring: Junior Global Chauffeur Services Coordinator
Goldstar Chauffeur Drive is seeking a highly organised, professional, and enthusiastic Junior Global Chauffeur Services Coordinator to join our growing team in Dublin.
As Goldstar continues to expand both in Ireland and internationally, this is an exciting opportunity to build a career within the luxury chauffeur, executive travel, and VIP transport sector.
The successful candidate will support our team with the coordination of chauffeur services in Ireland and worldwide, working with corporate clients, private aviation partners, travel arrangers, and our trusted international chauffeur network.
The role will include:
- Responding professionally to client enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing quotations and booking confirmations
- Coordinating Irish and international chauffeur movements
- Liaising with trusted global affiliate partners
- Managing booking details accurately within our system
- Supporting live changes to itineraries, flight updates, and client requests
- Assisting with VIP, corporate, private aviation, and event transport requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident in written and verbal communication
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Customer-focused with a genuine interest in delivering high standards
- Eager to learn and develop within a premium service business
Experience in travel, hospitality, aviation, transport, events, or customer service would be an advantage, but we are equally interested in hearing from ambitious candidates with the right attitude and potential.
