Part-Time Customer Service Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team in a varied, customer-facing role.
Working as part of a busy team, you'll play an important part in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same, and your duties may vary depending on business needs.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service, and is happy to adapt to different tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience.
- Assisting customers with enquiries, purchases and general information.
- Promoting products and services where appropriate.
- Processing customer transactions accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the workplace.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring displays remain well presented.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
- Following instructions and adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Carrying out a variety of tasks as required to meet operational needs.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another customer service environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
Hours of Work
This is a part-time position with working hours scheduled across weekdays and weekends in line with the needs of the business.
The role will typically involve a combination of weekday shifts together with weekends on a rotating basis. Additional hours may become available during busy periods or seasonal peaks and will be allocated in line with business requirements, performance, reliability and flexibility.

Pay: €14.15-€17.00 per hour
