Dublin Sports Dome is looking for a reliable and practical Facilities & Maintenance Assistant to help keep our busy sports facility running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs around the facility
- Maintain football pitches and padel courts (brushing courts, checking nets, equipment etc.)
- Keep the facility clean and tidy including reception areas, bathrooms, kitchen and party pods
- Monitor the facility for any safety or maintenance issues
- Report repairs or issues that require specialist contractors
- Support with basic outdoor maintenance when required
Requirements
- Practical and reliable with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with guests and staff
- Ability to lift and move equipment if required
