As part of our on-going growth we are now looking to expand our team and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Stores Assistant to join our busy HGV & Plant Maintenance Garage division in Broomfield, Co. Monaghan.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a stores, parts, warehouse, or similar role desirable
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised individual
- Good communication and computer skills
- Manual Handling training desirable
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Stock Controller your duties will include:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the stores
- Identify and locate stock using the company’s internal system (training provided)
- Liaise with internal departments/employees regarding parts requirements
- Receive deliveries and verify both the quality and quantity of incoming goods
- Prepare orders for distribution
- Prepare and process paperwork including invoices and delivery notes
- Assist with stock control, stock organisation, and regular stock takes
- Enter and update information in the stock management system (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stores environment
- Undertaking other duties as assigned
Pay: €9.91-€15.00 per hour
