Hadfield Green is looking to recruit a Product Security Engineer on a contract basis for an exciting opportunity at the intersection of software, security and regulated product development.
This is a strong role for someone who enjoys embedding secure-by-design thinking across the SDLC, partnering with engineering and quality teams and leading on security risk assessments, vulnerability remediation and secure coding practices.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Embedding security requirements into the SDLC
- Leading product security risk assessments and vulnerability remediation
- Supporting secure coding, threat modelling, and security architecture reviews
- Working in a regulated QMS environment with strong cross-functional collaboration
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in IT security architecture and secure software development
- Strong knowledge of OWASP, NIST SP 800-53, and secure coding standards
- Exposure to vulnerability scanning, static/dynamic analysis, and remediation
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
