Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
To deal with customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
To assist in management and training of staff.
Demonstrates strong leadership.
Demonstrates high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Responsibility of opening, cleaning and cashiering procedures as required.
Candidate Requirements:
The ability to motivate, organise, lead and supervise a team.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills and ability to carry out briefings and meetings with the Team.
Previous hotel experience in a 4-star hotel property is desired.
Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help out where required in all areas of the hotel.
