As Centre Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support staff, and maintain a warm, child‑centred environment. You will play a key role in ensuring quality practice, strong parent partnerships, and a positive team culture.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading, supporting, and developing a team of Early Years Educators and Room Leaders

Creating a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment

Ensuring compliance with Tusla regulations, Aistear, and Síolta

Managing staff scheduling, ratios, routines, and room coordination

You should be:

Currently working in the Early Years sector (Room Leader, Deputy Manager, Manager, or similar)
