We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the technical coordination of electrical services, ensuring drawings, submittals and BIM information are accurate, coordinated and delivered in line with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and manage coordinated electrical drawings.
- Prepare, track and manage technical submittals, RFIs, material approvals and associated documentation.
- Coordinate electrical services within the BIM environment and participate in BIM coordination meetings.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure drawings and installations comply with relevant standards, regulations, project specifications and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate drawing registers, submittal schedules and document-control records.
- Support procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.
- Monitor design progress and highlight technical issues or programme risks at an early stage.
Candidate requirements
- Degree or recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Relevant experience in electrical building services, construction or MEP coordination.
- Strong knowledge of coordinated drawings and the technical-submittal process.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection and model coordination.
- Experience with software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, applicable standards and industry best practice.
- Ability to interpret specifications, drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with design and site teams.
- Previous experience on commercial projects and residential would be advantageous.

Pay: €75,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
