We are looking for a Store Manager to be based in our Edgeworthstown Emo - Daybreak service station
The successful candidate must have the following experience within a grocery store environment
- at least 2 years experience as STORE manager in a convenience Grocery store
- Forecourt Experience an Advantage
- must be strong people person with experience of dealing with staff
- a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to lead and motivate
- strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- flexibility
- strong working knowledge of HACCP
Candidate must be committed to developing the store and working within set budgets.
- Directing and supervising activities within the store
- checking in deliveries
- ordering stock
- achieving targets
- working with your team and Musgrave to achieve high standard of customer excellent
Starting salary €40000 plus €6000 performance bonus
