We are currently recruiting an F&B Supervisor to join our excellent Food & Beverage team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team during shifts, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered across all outlets.

Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring an exceptional and memorable guest experience at all times.

Support the Food & Beverage Management team in the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Monitor and maintain departmental standards, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and luxury hospitality service expectations.

Ensure effective stock control procedures are implemented and maintained, assisting with inventory management and minimizing wastage.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including menus, daily specials, ingredients, wines, cocktails, and promotional activities.

Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and the promotion of food and beverage offerings, while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally, escalating concerns where appropriate.

Ensure all cash handling and billing procedures are carried out accurately and in accordance with company policies.

Motivate, coach, and support team members, fostering a positive working environment and encouraging continuous development.

Assist with training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they understand service standards and operational procedures.

Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations at all times.
Key requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

Strong understanding of hotel Food & Beverage operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent spoken and written English.

Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive approach to work planning and problem-solving.

Ability to work independently, use initiative, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, stock control, and departmental administration.

Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
