This is a very popular Cafe/Restaurant located in the centre of Ardara. We serve breakfast and lunch from 9am until 5pm and cater for a large volume of tourist and locals alike for 6 days a week.
We are looking to fill both full time and part time positions
## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join our team at busy popular Cafe/Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be someone with proven experience of working within a team serving well prepared dishes to the highest standard.
## Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following standard recipes
- Work within a small team of motivated staff
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as required
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Help in the creation of new menu ideas and specials
## Experience And Required Skills
- Proficient in various culinary techniques
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- Proven experience in a cafe/restaurant environment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
