Job Title: Daytime Janitor
Reports to: Area Manager
Location: Co. Cork
Rate: €14.80 per hour
Job Type: Permanent position (immediate start)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Shift: 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness across offices, communal areas, washrooms, kitchens, and other site facilities.

Carry out routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.

Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as required.

Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and efficiently.

Respond promptly to spillages and ad hoc cleaning requests throughout the day.

Conduct regular checks to ensure all areas remain clean and presentable.

Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the Site Manager.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Handle client property and equipment with care and professionalism.
Requirements

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred.

Ability to speak, understand, and write in English.

Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
