Sheehy Motor Group is seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team as part of our exciting new venture with Volvo. The Role:
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the Volvo sales team and continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and maximise profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional and welcoming customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Volvo vehicles and finance options.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity using the Keyloop CRM system.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Keep up to date with Volvo product knowledge, features, and market trends.
- Ensure the showroom and vehicle displays are maintained to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with finance, aftersales, and management teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2/3 year’s main dealer sales experience within the Irish motor industry.
- Volvo Brand experience would be a distinct advantage
- Be target- and profit-driven with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to prospect and qualify customers effectively
- Strong closing skills and the ability to maximise profit opportunities
- Effective Time Management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships with all stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience of Keyloop would be advantageous
- Active Social Media presence
- Possess strong attention to detail with administrative functions
- Present a professional image through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance
- A full clean Driving Licence is essential
Salary Package
The competitive salary package for this role will include a base salary along with attractive commission and bonus structures.
