Job Summary:
The skin and laser specialist will be responsible for delivering a wide range of advanced skincare and laser treatments, exceeding client expectations in both effectiveness and professionalism. This role will involve friendly and informative consultations, thorough skin assessments, and the formulation of personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal results for each client. The successful candidate will be fully committed to providing the highest levels of care, service, and client satisfaction, ensuring that every treatment is tailored to meet individual needs and deliver positive, result-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide advanced skin and laser treatments, including but not limited to:
- Laser Hair Removal
- RF Skin Tightening
- Skin Peels
- Medical Micro-Needling & RF Needling
- Skin Boosters
-Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients, offering informed recommendations and creating individualized treatment plans.
-Ensure treatments are performed safely, effectively, and in line with clinic protocols and client care standards.
-Focus on achieving positive, result-driven outcomes for each client, continuously assessing and adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
-Advise clients on aftercare procedures and follow-up treatments to optimize results and ensure long-term skin health.
-Attend ongoing training and development sessions that we provide to stay up to date.
Promote skincare products (Alumier, Luma, Image Skincare, and A.D.S.) to clients as part of their ongoing skincare regimen.
Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions.
Ensure the treatment room and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that each client feels comfortable, informed, and valued during every visit.
Experience & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience with hands-on beauty treatments. Any experience in laser hair removal, IPL, RF skin tightening, and medical micro-needling or skin peels would be a benefit but not a requirement.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and driven with a passion for skincare and laser technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
