We are currently recruiting a Lead Host to join our Carriage House and Kathleen's Kitchen Restaurant Team team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities

Follow up each booking for Afternoon Tea and The Morrison Restaurant to deliver the perfect service to our guests.

Make sure the booking widget is updated every day.

Profiling guests. Ensuring the information from Opera are the same than Sevenrooms information. (Special occasion, returning guest, etc ...)

Be the host for Afternoon Tea and The Morrison Room service.

Write and communicate a handover to the other F&B service.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a 5* property.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, Bank Holidays, early shifts and evening shifts.

Working knowledge of Opera.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.

Results driven with a strong personality and the natural ability to build rapport with people.

Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
