€40,000 per year + bonuses
Service Stop Garage is a trusted name in automotive repair and maintenance, known for honest service and quality workmanship. We're growing and looking for a friendly, organised Service Advisor to be the face of our garage and the first point of contact for our customers. As our Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our technicians. You'll greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, recommend services, provide accurate estimates, and keep everyone informed throughout the repair process. What You Will Do
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs
- Write up detailed and accurate repair orders.
- Communicate with technicians to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs
- Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended services, costs, and timelines.
- Prepare and present accurate estimates and invoices
- Follow up with customers on vehicle status and any changes to service plans.
- Upsell additional services and maintenance when appropriate.
- Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle scheduling and appointment coordination.
- Process payments and close out invoices.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using computer systems and garage management software.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
