Shift: The role is part time primarily Monday to Friday typical working hours between 8am-1pm (flexibility required to include bank holiday Mondays).

The successful candidate will play an integral role within the onsite team, supporting all administration duties and projects as required.
Key Responsibilities
Administration and records

Maintain accurate employee, timekeeping, and attendance records across relevant systems.

Keep digital and physical files organised, secure, accessible, and compliant with company policy, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
Reporting and performance monitoring

Produce accurate reports by compiling, validating, and presenting data clearly.

Monitor and report site KPIs, highlighting trends and performance updates for the client.
Communication and coordination

Communicate professionally with the Site Manager, onsite teams, Head Office, and the client.

Support rosters and scheduling to maintain staffing levels and service delivery.
Compliance and incident support

Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance when handling personal and operational data.

Assist with incident administration, records, and follow-up actions in line with procedures.
Projects and additional support

Carry out other reasonable ad hoc duties as required by the line manager.
Knowledge & Experience (Essential)
