About The Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the full operation of a busy, high‑performing retail store. You’ll set the tone for exceptional customer service, drive commercial results and create a positive, engaged culture where your team can thrive. This role requires a strong people leader who can balance day‑to‑day operational excellence with longer‑term planning, standards and growth.
You will oversee all store departments, lead and develop your management team, ensure compliance across all operational processes, and deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience. With full accountability for sales, service, people, and standards, you’ll play a key role in shaping the store’s success and driving its performance forward.

Leading the full store operation, ensuring exceptional standards across all departments
