Villa Rose Hotel, Ballybofey
The Villa Rose Hotel is seeking a reliable and organised Stores Person to join our team. This role is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage and management of drinks and beverage stock, ensuring all deliveries are handled correctly and stock areas are maintained to the highest standards.
About The Role

Receive, check and sign for drinks and supplier deliveries.

Verify deliveries against delivery documentation and report any discrepancies.

Ensure all stock is stored safely, securely and in the correct locations.

Maintain strict stock rotation procedures (FIFO) and ensure product quality standards are upheld.

Keep stores, cellars and stock rooms clean, tidy and well organised at all times.

Liaise with the Purchasing Manager regarding stock issues, shortages or damaged goods.

Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and documentation.

Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene procedures.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Reliable, trustworthy and capable of working independently.

Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Previous experience in stores, warehouse, stock control, retail or hospitality is desirable.

Comfortable handling deliveries and carrying out the physical aspects of the role.
