Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking confident, experienced barbers who are passionate about their craft and take pride in delivering five-star grooming experiences.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Minimum 5 years barbering experience
- Strong skills in fades, classic cuts, beard work, and modern barbering techniques
- Confidence working with long hair and curly hair
- Experience with hot towel shaves
- Hair colouring / tinting experience is an advantage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness and presentation
- Strong consultation and customer service skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment
- Team mentality and a positive, respectful approach
- Availability to work Saturdays
