Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, the UK & Ireland. Based in Kinsale, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Project Delivery Team as a Site Administrator, supporting the successful delivery of a key project.
This role offers flexibility and can be undertaken on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the successful candidate's availability and business requirements.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will provide essential administrative support to the Project Manager and wider site team, ensuring project documentation, records, and site administration activities are managed efficiently while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the project.
- Managing and maintaining project documentation, registers, and records
- Coordinating timesheets, payroll submissions, and employee queries
- Maintaining site trackers and project reporting requirements
- Updating RFI, REQ, Technical Submittal, Drawing, and Instruction registers
- Greeting visitors and managing site access administration
- Booking travel and accommodation for site personnel
- Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and supporting procurement activities
- Coordinating training records, PPE tracking, and staff administration
- Assisting with quality, HSE, and project completion documentation
- Taking meeting minutes and providing general administrative support to the project team
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a site administration, project administration, or similar support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent attention to detail and document control experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience managing records, reports, and administrative processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience supporting construction, engineering, or project environments is advantageous
