We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (with a civil / structural engineering background) to join our Galway office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment on diverse public and private projects.

Lead projects as a client-facing Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery.

Contribute to innovative and high-quality engineering solutions.

The candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, willing to take responsibility and comfortable working as part of a team.
Project Management / Leadership

Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.

Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

Financial management of project delivery.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and graduates.

Review and approve engineering drawings, reports, and specifications.

Preparation of project reports (Planning, Tender, Construction Stage).
Business Development & Client Engagement

Support business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and tender documentation.

Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.

Chartered Engineer.

Experience managing projects from commencement to handover.

Good communication skills and can prioritise and manage workload effectively.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.
